The effect of directive group sand tray on the depression of married women

Abstract
The major goal of this study is to examine the positive effect of the directive sand tray program on the depression of the married women. The research problems are follows: (a) whether the directive group sand tray decreases the level of the depression of a married woman. (b) whether the directive group sand tray affects the positive and negative thinking of a married woman with depression. (c) whether the directive group sand tray affects the form of the verbal expressions during the session. In this study, the participants are the four married women. One of the prominent outcomes is that the directive sand tray program had a positive impact on married women and helped low-level depression. Also the result is that the program makes it possible to change the positive and negative thinking of depressed married women. Another result is that the program makes it possible to change the verbal expression of depressed married women.
